Clipping paths are used to separate objects from a background, a proceedure done in Photoshop known as ‘isolating’ or ‘cutting out’. This lets you place the object on a different colour or background. Clipping paths are used in various graphics programs, such as Quark, Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

All clipping paths done by The Cutout Crew are done in Photoshop, using the Pen Tool for optimum results. If you only need clipping paths on a particular part of an image or need several different paths then you can add your instuctions during the job upload stage.
