How to use us
Register
First, you need to register with us, which will entitle you to a one-off free trial voucher. We will email your username (normally your email address) and your password, along with the free trial voucher code. You will need to enter this code on your first order form.
Decide on your photos and requirements
Decide beforehand, which of your images require our services and save them as high quality JPEGs. If you have several files that all need the same treatment, then these can be put into a zipped folder. Make a note of your file names and which services you require, such as clipping paths, reflections, etc. If you need your photos to be on a background, check into the 'Backgrounds library' and make a note of the background code names that you want us to use. If you are supplying your own backgrounds to be implemented, save them as JPEGs and make a note of their file names. All this information is needed for the next step (order form).
Log in and complete order form
Use your username and password to log in and you will then be presented with an order form. You use the order form to enter the file names of your photos or zipped folders and to select which services you require on each, as well as any background code names if needed. Please note that you only need to select 'Yes' on options that you require; you don't need to go along selecting 'No' on those options that you don't need. You can also enter any special instructions, such as "shadows to the left", or "make background 50% brighter", etc. You will also be required to enter your username and any voucher code reference (if using your free trial offer). Check that you have selected all the right boxes and that the file names are correct. Then click on 'Submit' to send your order.
Upload you photos
After submitting your order, you will arrive at a new page whereby you can upload your images. However, if you need to add another order form first, in the case of having more files to put on the job (only 5 images or zipped folders can go on each order form), you can click back and fill out another order form. Once you have submitted all necessary order forms, you can then upload your files. You will receive email confirmation of the upload.
Payment
After checking your order form and uploaded images, we will email you a Paypal invoice. The invoice can be paid either by credit card or by your Paypal account if you have one. We recommend your having a Paypal account, if you use us regularly, as it speeds up the payment process. Once we receive confirmation that you have made payment (we usually get instant confirmation), then we will proceed with your order.
Download completed job
When your job is completed, you will receive an email, containing a link for you to download your new images. You will need to download within 14 days, as after that they will be removed from the server.
