TheCutoutCrew operate its services, based on the following terms and conditions and by registering an account or placing an order, you thereby agree to these terms and conditions.
TheCutoutCrew reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time it sees fit. Any changes apply after being placed on the web site.
TheCutoutCrew reserves the right to update or amend any content of its web site at any time.
It is required that you register your details with TheCutoutCrew before using its services. By registering, you acknowledge that you have provided true information and that you are authorised to place orders for commercial services when done on behalf of a business or group.
TheCutoutCrew reserves the right to alter its prices.
Any refunds issued are subject to the discretion of the TheCutoutCrew management.
Orders uploaded or emailed are subject to acceptance by TheCutoutCrew, which reserves the right to refuse any job.
You may not cancel any job, once you have uploaded or emailed your job.
All delivery times expressed on the web site, in email communications and in promotional material are estimates only and TheCutoutCrew shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of its service.
heCutoutCrew shall not be expected or liable to refund or pay compensation in such circumstances that TheCutoutCrew is unable to meet any delivery times quoted.
Completed jobs are held on the YouSENDit server for 14 days, after which time, they will be automatically deleted. Jobs will not be retrievable once they have been deleted from the system.
TheCutoutCrew will make good any mistakes or defective work, by repeating the work to the client's satisfaction, but will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage that may have been caused, including those to profits, goodwill and business opportunities.
TheCutoutCrew will not accept liability for consequential loss or damage caused by failure of the web site's functions or any problems with availability. The same applies to any problems caused by failure of YouSENDit or email networks.
Any information you give to TheCutoutCrew will be kept confidential and will not be passed onto a third party, except in the event of the sale of the TheCutoutCrew business.
Your personal information may be used by TheCutoutCrew for mailings and emails regarding services and support. If you wish not to receive such communications, then please email your request by
TheCutoutCrew takes all reasonable actions to prevent your data being accessed by third parties via the website or transmissions to or from. However there is no guarantee that this will never occur and so you accept that data may possibly be intercepted or accessed by a third parties without the authorisation of TheCutoutCrew.
Copyright of all images worked on by TheCutOutCrew will be handed back to the original author or owner as soon as payment has been made for the clipping paths and other services. TheCutOutCrew remains the copyright owner until payment has been made. No image worked on by ourselves can be used for another clipping path service.
